Appointments for well exams may be scheduled as early as three months in advance. Appointments for illnesses are made based on the nature of the illnesses. In general, sick patients are usually seen within 24 hours of contacting the office.
As a courtesy to all our patients, we ask that cancellations be called into our office if appointments cannot be kept. A fee of $35 will be charged to accounts if appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours prior to scheduled visits.
On Call Doctor
A doctor from our group is on call whenever our offices are closed. We are available to speak to our patients regarding urgent matters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We ask that our patients contact the office during regular hours regarding nonurgent matters, appointments, and medication refills.
Emergencies
In the presence of a true life-threatening emergency, please call 911 to bring a child to the nearest emergency room.
In the event that one of our doctors advises that a child be seen at an emergency room, we recommend the pediatric emergency services at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

We are providers for many of the major managed care health plans. We also accept a variety of private insurance plans. Please contact our offices for more information.
Referrals/Forms
Due to the size of our practice, please be advised that we need 72 hours notice to complete referral requests and/or physical forms. Also, a physical exam within the past year is required prior to completion of any referral or form. Forms are subject to a $1.00 per form fee. Payment is due when the forms are picked up.
